The breakfast was excellent, offering many delicious choices. I really liked the lady who helped us with check-in. She was fantastic and set the tone for the entire visit!

the room size was reasonable it was clean. breakfast offered good choices it was quite busy. i ordered room service food and it was well cooked it arrived quickly.

pretty view convenient location helpful staff
I really loved my room with a harbour view. it was so pretty. the location was really great, near a convenient station. the staff were very helpful and friendly. It.
the gym could use a few more weight equipment. it need some bars.

I ate at the food studio for the evening buffet and it had high quality and lots of choices. i really liked the great service from lewis. He were very professional and attentive to details. the breakfast is also very good.

charger availability staff unhelpfulness
the location was close to the exhibition centre.
My phone charger was forgotten and the hotel did not provide a replacement. i expected more assistance. The staff seemed unsure how to help and directed me to a 7-eleven.
